Help test AI Keyboard (Closed testing)

Because AI Keyboard is still in Google Play closed testing, the Play Store listing is only visible to approved testers. Joining the Google Group adds you to the tester list.

You don’t need to actively use the app. Installing it and keeping it installed for 14 days is enough.

Steps (2)

  1. Join the Google Group: groups.google.com/g/yck2026
    Sign in with the same Google account you use in Google Play, then click Join group. It can take a few minutes to propagate.
  2. Install from Google Play: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kengblog.aikeyboard
    After you’ve joined the group, open the Play Store link and tap Install. You don’t need to use the app — please keep it installed for 14 days. After that, you can uninstall and/or leave the group.

Why do I need to join the group?

Google Play closed testing limits access to a specific tester list. The Google Group is how I manage that tester list, so you can see and install the app from the Play Store.

Troubleshooting

  • Play Store says “Not available” / can’t find the app: confirm you joined the group, and you’re using the same Google account in Google Play. Wait a few minutes and try again.
  • Still blocked: open the Play link in a browser, or force-close and reopen the Play Store app.
